UGro is a full-stack disruptive real estate investment and development company that is building high volume, high-quality Build to rent investments.
Over the past five years, our founders have developed an Innovative equity and development platform that allows us to build a scalable BTR product using our own equity through horizontal construction. We are looking to connect with institutional grade BTR funds and other large real estate buy and hold operators using a unique forward sales methodology.
UGro was designed to take all of the risk out of forward sales.
Institutional funds love the benefits of forward sales but are wary of the risk that comes with it. What if the risk could be removed entirely? We do it by using 100% of our own equity to source and buy land, design the project, get it shovel ready, finalize the construction loan and sign a GMP contract with our builder. Then we move through 3 to 4 months of horizontal construction. Only then do we present a property for forward sale. This is the only de-risked Forward sale model in the U.S.
